How do I become a YourSay member?
  Simply register and fill in the form provided. It takes less than 3 minutes and registration is free.
Do I need to pay anything to join?
  Absolutely not.
Now that I’m a member, where can I sign up for your surveys?
  You do not need to sign up for surveys or do anything else. When we receive a survey project from research companies, we will send out a survey email invitation to selected members, based on specific criteria set by the research companies. Based on the answers received, our research partners may then select and contact specific members who are eligible, and directly to invite them to participate in the survey. How soon you will receive surveys depends on the projects we receive.
I’ve filled out a pre-screening questionnaire. How come I haven’t heard anything yet?
  Our research partners are looking for candidates that fit their specific criteria. The pre-screening questionnaire is used to screen interested survey-takers for eligibility for that particular survey. You will only be contacted by our research partners if you are eligible and shortlisted for the survey.
What do I do if I need to update my personal information, e.g. email address?
  To change your particulars all you need to do is:

1. Visit the Member Area at www.morvo.com/memberarea and log in using your Member#/email and password (if you've forgotten your password, you can use your password reminder facility, by clicking on "forgot password?"

2. Go to "Settings" (on your left) and click on "Member Details"

What is YourSay?
  Established in 1997, YourSay is one of the first companies in the world to help marketing and research companies worldwide gather consumer opinions via the internet.
Why do you want to pay me to hear my views?
  Your input is valuable because it helps companies understand what consumers want, which in turn helps them to develop better products and services. The best way to do this is to gather feedback from consumers, like you, directly. Imagine how much they could lose if they didn't research consumers' opinions first.
Do you accept international members?
  Yes. YourSay.com accepts members worldwide, no matter where you live.
I clicked the "Join now!" button and nothing happened. What should I do?
  Make sure that your browser enables javascript (you can check the settings on your browser for this). If javascript is enabled and it still does not work, you can request for us to sign you up on your behalf. All you need to do is give us the same information as requested on the registration form. Once we have registered you as a member, you can immediately log in to the Member Area to change your password or any other details.

About Surveys

How are surveys conducted?
  Surveys are conducted in three modes:

   • Online

   • Over the phone

   • In-person
What is a Focus Group?
  A Focus Group is a gathering of individuals who share certain common characteristics, to discuss or express their views on matters or issues usually related to a particular product or service.
What is expected from me during the Focus Group?
  All you need to do is express your views and opinions on a particular product or services. Our research partners, who chair the focus group, will guide you throughout the session. There is nothing you need to prepare for the session.
Where will the surveys & focus groups be held?
  The venue varies between projects. Specific directions on how to get there will be given to you when our partners contact you.
How long is a session?
  The duration varies between projects. Focus groups usually last for two hours. Other surveys may last anywhere from 10 mins to an hour.

Registering For Surveys

Am I obligated to participate when I register for a survey?
  No. We do not want you to do anything you do not wish to. When you register, you merely express your interest in participating in our research projects. If you decide to change your mind when our research partners contact you, that’s perfectly all right.
Will I definitely be selected for the session I registered for?
  No. It depends on what our research partners are looking for (but we certainly hope so).
How often can I participate?
  As often as your time allows you. However, it is subjected to the requirements of each individual project.
What if I can’t make it for the focus group at the last minute?
  In the unfortunate event that you cannot attend the focus group due to last minute commitments, please contact our research partner immediately so that they can arrange for an alternative.
How will I know when a new survey is available?
  When we receive a survey project from research companies, we will send out a survey email invitation to selected members, based on specific criteria set by the research companies. Based on the answers received, our research partners may then select and contact specific members who are eligible, and directly to invite them to participate in the survey. How soon you will receive surveys depends on the projects we receive.

Rewards

What will I get as a YourSay member?
  You’ll get paid for your opinions with cash, gifts and/or Morpoints. These Morpoints get converted to cash each month.

You’ll get Referral rewards in the form of Morpoints, whenever you refer others to participate in surveys.

You’ll get lucky draw entries and the chance to win fantastic prizes.

You'll get Morpoints for trying free offers.

You’ll be the first to try and test products before they are launched or improved.
How much will I be paid for participating in surveys?
  It varies between projects. Most of the time, you will be paid cash and/or Morpoints. For cash payments, it may range between $15 to as high as $100 or more, depending on the desired profile required for the project.
How do I know how many Morpoints I will get for participating in a particular survey?
  This will be indicated in the survey email invitation that we send out. It varies between projects.
When and how do I collect my rewards?
  For cash/gift rewards, it is usually awarded immediately after the survey. For Morpoints, it will be awarded after our research partner has ended the survey and confirmed your participation.

To get paid, please note that you must arrive on time.

About Morpoints

What are Morpoints?
  Morpoints are rewards points that you get when you participate in surveys, try free offers, or when the people you refer participate in surveys or try free offers. The Morpoints given will vary between projects, as well as between offers.
How can I collect Morpoints?
  You may be awarded with Morpoints when you participate in surveys, try free offers, or when the people you refer participate in surveys or try free offers. The Morpoints given will vary between projects, as well as between offers.
How long does it take for the Morpoints to be credited into my account, after a survey?
  Your Morpoints will be awarded after our research partner has ended the survey and confirmed your participation. This may take a few weeks.
When do my Morpoints expire?
  Your Morpoints never expire. They will automatically be converted to cash each month for you.
Is there a limit to the amount of Morpoints I can collect?
  No, there is no limit to the amount of Morpoints you can collect.
Can Morpoints be combined or transferred from different accounts to get rewards faster?
  Sorry, Morpoints cannot be combined nor transferred from different accounts.
What is the cut-off time for Morpoints collection within a particular month?
  It will be the last day of the calendar month based on Singapore Time (GMT +0800).
How can I check how many Morpoints I have?
  Simply log in to the Member Area and go to “Morvo Bank”. You can check how many Morpoints you have collected there.
How can I convert my Morpoints to cash?
  You don’t have to. Your Morpoints will be automatically converted to cash each month.
How do I cash out my rewards?
  Each month, your Morpoints will be automatically converted to cash.This cash will be stored in your member account until you decide to encash it. To cash out, simply click on "Encash". For countries where we have established a banking relationship, we will deposit the cash directly into your bank account. This is currently available for Singapore. For all other countries, you'll receive a check in US dollars in the mail.

Trying Free Offers

What are free offers?
  Free offers are free services or products, offered by our partners, that you can enjoy, for free. There is no purchase required, and absolutely no obligation to buy. Many of these offers are made up of time-limited free trials of useful services.

The number of Morpoints you get for trying each offer is indicated beside the offer, and varies from offer to offer.
Are these offers really free?
  Yes, they are really free. We understand that there are lots of offers out there, all proclaiming to be free. Unfortunately, not all of them are. That's why we are dedicated to featuring only genuine, free cash offers. We apply a strict selection criteria to all the offers we find, so you can be assured that the offers featured are truly, 100% free.
I live outside of the U.S. Do the offers still apply to me?
  If you live outside of the U.S., you can take those offers that have a "For all countries" description.
Who do I get the cash rewards from? YourSay or the Merchants?
  The cash rewards come directly from our strategic parter, Ovago. They are given in the form of Morpoints. Every 100 Morpoints you collect gives you $1 cash. Each month, your Morpoints will automatically be converted to cash for you.
Why are you paying me to try these free offers?
  Merchants pay to advertise their free offers. In appreciation of you trying these free offers, we would like to share these earnings with you by giving you cash rewards.
Do all the free offers require me to give my credit card information?
  No. Free offers that do not require credit card information will be indicated with a "No credit card required" description.
Why do I have to enter my credit card information for some of the free offers?
  This is to ensure that the free offer is restricted to one per user, that the user is genuine, as well as to prevent abuse.
Will my credit card be charged during the free trial period?
  No. It is usually stated in the free trial terms and conditions of each merchant that your credit card will not be charged.
Will my credit card be charged after my free trial expires?
  No, unless you continue with the service after your free trial expires.

If you do not wish to continue with the service, there are usually two ways to cancel:

1. For Opt-in services: To cancel the service, you do not need to do anything. The service will automatically be terminated after your free trial expires. If you wish to continue the service, simply make a purchase.

2. For Opt-out services: To cancel the service, please inform the merchant that you wish to cancel the service BEFORE your free trial expires. If you wish to purchase the service, you do not need to do anything. The merchant will continue providing you with the service and start you on a paid plan.
How do I inform the merchant that I wish to cancel my service?
  It varies between merchants. Cancellation can usually be done via email, phone or through their Web site.
How do I get Morpoints by trying free offers?
  Simply visit your YourSay PWS, at www.yoursay.com/ followed by your Member#, for example, www.yoursay.com/123456. Once you're at your PWS, go to "free cash", click on any of the offers, and then complete the steps indicated for that free offer. In order to earn Morpoints for trying the offers, please make sure that you're at your own YourSay PWS before clicking on the offers.
How do I know how many Morpoints I will receive?
  The number of Morpoints you get for trying each offer is indicated beside the offer, for example, GoToMyPC, 200 us.Morpoints. This means that you'll get 200 us.Morpoints for trying and completing the free offer from GoToMyPC.

Referring Others

Why do I get rewarded for referring my friends to join?
  To is our way of thanking you for referring your friends to YourSay.
I’ve referred many people. How come I don’t see any Morpoints in my account yet?
  You get Morpoints only when 1. you engage in any activities that reward you with Morpoints, 2. your referrals engage in activities that rewards them with Morpoints. These activities include participating in particular surveys, trying free offers and shopping via your Ovago e-mall. You do not get Morpoints just by referring others to join.
What are Referral Rewards? How do they work?
  Referral Rewards are our way of thanking you for referring your friends to YourSay. When the friends you refer participate in surveys or try free offers and earn Morpoints, you’ll earn the equivalent of 5% of the points they enjoy. For example, if they earn 1,000 Morpoints, you’ll enjoy 50 Morpoints just for referring them.

This also applies to the friends they refer, and the friends that their friends refer, and so on, all the way to five levels deep. So the bigger your network, the more rewards you’ll enjoy.
Will I get Morpoints when my referrals participate in a survey a year from now?
  Yes, as long as you are still a YourSay member.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
  Simply activate the password reminder facility by going to www.morvo.com/memberarea and clicking on "forgot password?" Your password will be emailed to you immediately.

Unsubscribing and Terminating Membership

If I want to terminate my membership, what should I do?
  To terminate your membership, please log in to the Member Area at www.morvo.com/memberarea with your Member#, and click on "Settings" on the left. Do note that upon termination, any rewards you may have accrued will be forfeited.

Please DO NOT email us with termination requests. Due to security reasons, we will NOT be able to fulfill such requests via email.
Are there any fees involved in the termination of membership?
  There are no fees involved in the termination of membership.
Can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
  Sure, you can unsubscribe at any time. All mailings, except corporate announcements, are optional. To manage your email preferences, please log in to the Member Area at www.morvo.com/memberarea with your Member#, and click on "Settings" on the left.

Privacy

How does YourSay protect my privacy?
  Any information you give us will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. The only other people who will have your information other than YourSay will be our research partners, who are the ones conducting the actual research.

The information gathered will be used solely for the selection process of our research projects. YourSay will not sell or use it for any other purposes. For each survey, our research partners will state certain criteria, for e.g. female, aged 20 to 29, owns a car. Therefore, we will need to screen all interested members for eligibility first. As part of this process, interested members will fill in a pre-screening questionnaire, that may contain questions about their gender, age, income, and whatever information our research partner needs for that survey. Based on the answers gathered, our research partner will then shortlist survey candidates. They will then contact the shortlisted candidates to arrange a date and time to do the survey.
