Our research partners are looking for candidates that fit their
specific criteria. The pre-screening questionnaire is used to screen interested
survey-takers for eligibility for that particular survey. You will only be
contacted by our research partners if you are eligible and shortlisted for the
survey.

should I do?
Make sure that your browser enables javascript (you can check

does not work, you can request for us to sign you up on your behalf. All you
need to do is give us the same information as requested on the registration
form. Once we have registered you as a member, you can immediately log in to
the Member Area to change your password or any other details.

A Focus Group is a gathering of individuals who share certain
common characteristics, to discuss or express their views on matters or issues
usually related to a particular product or service.

What is expected from me during the Focus Group?
All you need to do is express your views and opinions on a
particular product or services. Our research partners, who chair the focus
group, will guide you throughout the session. There is nothing you need to
prepare for the session.

Where will the surveys & focus groups be held?
The venue varies between projects. Specific directions on how to
get there will be given to you when our partners contact you.

How long is a session?
The duration varies between projects. Focus groups usually last
for two hours. Other surveys may last anywhere from 10 mins to an hour.
Am I obligated to participate when I register for a survey?
No. We do not want you to do anything you do not wish to. When
you register, you merely express your interest in participating in our research
projects. If you decide to change your mind when our research partners contact
you, that’s perfectly all right.

for?
No. It depends on what our research partners are looking for
(but we certainly hope so).

How often can I participate?
As often as your time allows you. However, it is subjected to
the requirements of each individual project.

When we receive a survey project from research companies, we

You don’t have to. Your Morpoints will be automatically
converted to cash each month.

How do I cash out my rewards?
Each month, your Morpoints will be automatically converted to
cash.This cash will be stored in your member account until you decide to encash
it. To cash out, simply click on "Encash". For countries where we have
established a banking relationship, we will deposit the cash directly into your
bank account. This is currently available for Singapore. For all other
countries, you'll receive a check in US dollars in the mail.
Free offers are free services or products, offered by our
partners, that you can enjoy, for free. There is no purchase required, and
absolutely no obligation to buy. Many of these offers are made up of
time-limited free trials of useful services.

Morpoints just by referring others to join.

What are Referral Rewards? How do they work?
Referral Rewards are our way of thanking you for referring your
friends to YourSay. When the friends you refer participate in surveys or try
free offers and earn Morpoints, you’ll earn the equivalent of 5% of the points
they enjoy. For example, if they earn 1,000 Morpoints, you’ll enjoy 50
Morpoints just for referring them.
This also applies to the friends they refer, and the friends that their friends
refer, and so on, all the way to five levels deep. So the bigger your network,

Any information you give us will be treated with the strictest
confidentiality. The only other people who will have your information other
than YourSay will be our research partners, who are the ones conducting the
actual research.
The information gathered will be used solely for the selection process of our
research projects. YourSay will not sell or use it for any other purposes. For
each survey, our research partners will state certain criteria, for e.g.
female, aged 20 to 29, owns a car. Therefore, we will need to screen all
interested members for eligibility first. As part of this process, interested
members will fill in a pre-screening questionnaire, that may contain questions
about their gender, age, income, and whatever information our research partner
needs for that survey. Based on the answers gathered, our research partner will
then shortlist survey candidates. They will then contact the shortlisted
candidates to arrange a date and time to do the survey.
